How do I upgrade my software?

Upgrade pricing is available for customers meeting the requirements and is provided using a discount code that can be used online or within the application.

Requesting a discount code

1. Email Monkey Tools support.
2. Provide your name, company name, previous serial number and order number.
3. After receiving your email, you will receive a coupon code within two business days.
4. Follow the steps above.
5. Visit www.monkey-tools.com and click the "Buy" button for the product you are updating.

Upgrade online

1. Visit www.monkey-tools.com and click the "Buy" button for the product you are updating. 
   
   
2. Select "+ Add Discount" in the cart.
3. Insert the discount code received in email into the coupon field.
   
   
4. Validate that the discount is applied.
5. Enter your email address, country and zip code.
6. Complete the order.
7. On completion you will receive the activation code in the email account provided in step 5 above. 

Upgrade within the application

1. Select the "Buy" button for the product you are updating. 
   
   
   
   
2. Enter the desired quantity.
3. Enter the email to receive and manage your license. Then select 'Continue'.
4. Enter your country and zip code. Then select 'Continue'.
5. Enter your desired quantity.
6. Select 'Add Coupon' and insert the discount code provided in email into the coupon field.
   

   

7. Validate that the discount is applied.
8. Enter your email address, country and zip code.
9. Complete the order.
10. On completion you will receive the activation code in the email account provided in step 5 above.
