Library Monkey crashes after creating VBR MP3's
Fixed an issue where after creating VBR MP3's, Library Monkey would crash. This was caused by an incompatibility between a system library that the LAME dylib is loading and Library Monkey. You can now use either version of the LAME codec without crashing.

Process all of your desired files with your installed VST and Audio Unit plug-ins. This new feature provides support for custom presets, easy configuration and preview of your plug-in settings during playback. All of your plug-in settings are saved in your presets.

Instant Access with Smart Sets
Smart Sets provides instant access to the assets you search for on a continual basis. Simply create your search criteria, create your Smart Set, and with the click of a button, Library Monkey provides a list of the assets that meet that criteria.
Advanced Naming Options
One of the most painful tasks in managing assets is naming them. To assist in this task, we have provided advanced naming presets. These presets contain the custom naming options which can includes field names, codec, user fields and much more.
User Defined Fields
While SFX and music librarian companies provide text documents and other forms of reference, they do not have the fields that reference the way you use those assets. So we have created 30 user definable fields in which you can effectively organize your assets exactly the way you like them.
New and Updated File Formats and Codecs
New support for FLAC, OGG/FLAC, BWAV and Quicktime/Apple lossless files, and enhanced support for existing codecs.
Enhanced Metadata Support
You can now import, edit and export MP3 ID3 Tags, Vorbis Comments, FLAC Comments, and Quicktime User Data as supported by the LAME MP3 and other codecs and standards. Additionally, when converting between formats, any equivalent metadata will be copied to the output file.
Playback with Preview
You can now hear the results of your settings and plug-ins prior to processing. Simply select your files and press OPTION+SPACE to preview the end result.
Support for Digidesign File Content
Library Monkey now supports Digidesign specific content in AIFF, WAVE/BWAVE, and Sound Designer 2 files. This data includes region info, waveform overviews, comments and other text info.
Support for Finder/Spotlight Comments
In addition to standard metadata, you can now import/export Finder/Spotlight comments, and export processing information.
Field Related Searches
To improve the speed of searches, you can now select which fields are searched when locating assets.
Catalog and Organize Media Files
In addition to audio files, you can also organize and manage your other media assets with video track info, and the ability to preserve the video content during processing.
Rapid Convert (Preset)
Library monkey adds to the already time saving feature, Rapid Convert, the ability to process your chosen files instantly while referencing presets for your batch process. So now you can select you favorite presets instantly with a simple selection in contextual menus.
Conversion Presets
The new conversion presets are now expanded to save your favorite conversion settings and plug-in pipleline.
Unattended Processing Mode
You can now enable the “Log Errors and Continue Processing” option. Library Monkey will continue processing even if errors are encountered. This is very helpful for large conversions where you cannot monitor the progress, but want to be informed of any issues that may have occurred.
Enhanced Processing Engine
The processing engine has been completely rewritten from the ground up to be faster, more efficient, and rock solid.
Unicode Support
Library Monkey now provides full support for Unicode text entry.
