We currently have identified an issue with the third-party licensing for activation. We continue to work with the party to resolve this issue.
Issue - Users may be asked to reactivate a license and be directed to a manual process that does not work.
1. Delete the application from the Applications folder and reinstall using the "Try" links on our main site at www.monkey-tools.com.
2. Please temporarily disconnect the Mac from the Internet entirely. Once you're completely disconnected from the Internet, please launch the product and try the registration again. If the application includes the manual activation option, this will result in a message indicating that you can't connect to the eSellerate servers; you can click Cancel on that message.
This should lead you to the Activation Options window, with three or four radio buttons. At this point, please re-connect your Mac to the Internet. Once the connection is restored, select the very first option in this dialog, labeled Activate using a web browser on this computer. On the next page, click the link for activate.esellerate.net and you'll be directed to that Web site(note: you will most likely be redirected to a secure link which will result in an error. You will just need to remove the s from https and try the URL again). Your Installation ID - which is intentionally different to your serial number - will be filled in for you; please don't change it, but just click Submit.
If your serial number was entered correctly at the start of the process, this will get you the Activation Key you need to complete the process. Please copy the Activation Key and return to the manual activation window. On the last page, Enter Activation Key, you can paste the entire Activation Key into the very first cell - there's no need to go section-by-section. Click Activate to complete the process.
This manual activation process unfortunately does require a few more steps beyond just entering your serial number, but with any luck it will help you get around this issue.
We are told the issue is regarding certain browsers that do not support TLS 1.0.
Please reference the Wikipedia TLS/SSL support page below to learn about your browsers support of TLS 1.1 and greater.
Let us know if you continue to have any issues and we will work to get them resolved promptly.
