Customizing Database Fields

The following section describes the steps to update a single Database field. !

To Update a Single Field for a Single Asset:

1. Bring the desired assets into the Asset List.
2. OPTION+Click the field to update. You are now in edit mode.
3. Make the desired changes.
4. Press Return to confirm your changes, or press Escape to revert to the original content. 

To Update a Single Field for Multiple Assets:

1. Bring the desired assets into the Asset List.
2. Select the desired assets in the Asset List.
3. OPTION+Click the field to update. You are now in edit mode.
4. Make the desired changes.
5. Press Return to confirm your changes, or press Escape to revert to the original content. Pressing Return will display the confirmation sheet.
6. If the confirmation sheet is displayed, click OK to copy the change you made to all selected assets, or click Cancel to only update the single asset.
