All products include an activation process to limit software piracy. If you have purchased from our web store, reinstalled, or need to move your license, the following information will guide you through the steps in managing activation.
To Activate a License:
- Launch the application.
- Select Activate from the Application menu or click the Activate button from the Splash Screen.
- Follow the prompts to complete the activation process.
The application is now activated.
Note: Web purchases may take up to an hour to process, and during this time, the application may not activate. If you encounter an error on activation, use demo mode, and try activating after an hour.
Note: If you receive an error, double check your user name and serial number. If you continue to get errors, contact licensing support at: firstname.lastname@example.org
To Deactivate a License:
- Choose Deactivate from the Application menu.
The application is now deactivated.
To Move a License:
To move a license, you must first deactivate an existing license using the steps above. Then you may activate on another machine using the steps above.
