Sets are a user-created collection of assets, and like Libraries, can be arranged in a hierarchy. Using Sets, you can quickly organize and reference your favorite assets. Create Sets for each project, or talent, or product, and track the same assets in multiple ways.
To Create a Set:
- Select Create New Set... from the Database menu.
- CONTROL+click on a Set in the Master List and select Create New Set... from the contextual menu.
- Press COMMAND+K.
- Select the desired asses in the Asset List and
- Click the Create Set button beneath the Asset List.
- Drag and drop the assets from the Asset List to an empty area in the Master List.
Library Monkey will prompt you for the name of the Set. Enter the name and click OK.
To Add Assets to a Set:
- Select the desired assets in the Asset List.
- Drag and drop the assets from the Asset List to the desired Set.
To Remove Assets from a Set:
- Select the Set in the Master List to display its contents in the Master List.
- Select the assets to be removed in the Master List.
- Remove the assets by one of the following:
- Select Remove(s) Assets from Set(s) in the Database menu.
- Press Delete.
To Rename a Set:
- Select the Set to rename in the Master List.
- Rename the Set by one of the following:
- Select Rename Set... from the Database menu.
- CONTROL+click on the Set and select Rename Set... from the contextual menu.
To Duplicate a Set:
- Select the Set to rename in the Master List.
- Duplicate the set by one of the following:
- Select Duplicate Set(s) from the Database menu.
- CONTROL+click on the Set and select Duplicate Set(s) from the contextual menu.
To Remove a Set:
1. Select the Set to remove in the Master List.
2. Remove the Set by one of the following:
- Select Remove Set(s)... from the Database menu.
- CONTROL+click on the Set and select Remove Set(s)... from the contextual menu.
To Make a Set a Child of Another Set:
- Select a Set in the Master List.
- Drag the selected Set to another Set to make it a child. !
To Make a Child Set a Top Set:
- Select a Set in the Master List.
- Drag the selected Set to a blank space in the Master List to make it a top Set.
