Upgrade pricing is available for customers meeting the requirements and is provided using a discount code that can be used in the online web store or within the application.
Requesting a discount code
- Email Monkey Tools support.
- Provide your name, company name, previous serial number and order number.
- After receiving your email, you will receive a coupon code within two business days.
- Follow the steps above.
- Visit www.monkey-tools.com and click the "Buy" button for the product you are updating.
Using the discount code
- Visit www.monkey-tools.com and click the "Buy" button for the product you are updating.
- Select "+ Add Discount" in the cart.
- Insert the discount code received in email into the coupon field.
- Validate that the discount is applied.
- Enter your email address, country and zip code.
- Complete the order.
- On completion you will receive the activation code in the email account provided in step 5 above.
Upgrade within the application
- Select the "Buy" button for the product you are updating.
- Enter the desired quantity.
- Enter the email to receive and manage your license. Then select 'Continue'.
- Enter your country and zip code. Then select 'Continue'.
- Enter your desired quantity.
- Select 'Add Coupon' and insert the discount code provided in email into the coupon field.
- Validate that the discount is applied.
- Enter your email address, country and zip code.
- Complete the order.
- On completion you will receive the activation code in the email account provided in step 5 above.
