There are many ways to organize your assets. These are covered below.
Bins
Bins are temporary collections of “tagged” assets. They can be helpful when auditioning multiple candidate assets for an effect, or when locating a list of assets, possibly from an EDL, and needing to find and reference them quickly. Once you have your assets collected, you can review them and process them as needed. Perhaps create a Set as a more permanent collection.
There is always at least 1 bin, but additional bins can be created/removed as desired. When working on multiple projects, perhaps create multiple bins to collect recently found assets as you jump back and forth from project to project.
